What's Happening with Machines?
New Designer EPIC Coming October 5!

What are Frivols?
Frivols are a series of collectible tins. They are a new Moda precut. They are quilts. They are about having fun! Each tin measures 4.5" x 7.5" and includes 42 7" squares, a new Moda quilt pattern, a new block pattern and a Frivol surprise. Each month a new collection will be featured. Our first Frivol will be in the store this week!

Simple Whatnots Club--Reserve your place now!
Simple Whatnots Club by Kim Diehl will be starting soon.--Melissa Goodrich will be leading this group using Kim's Gathering Basket Collection from Henry Glass. We are getting organized and the fabrics are arriving. Click here to see the six small quilts in this series (nothing more than 40 inches square) with traditional patchwork and a sprinkling of applique here and there. Best of all, the petite size of these quilts makes them easy to finish for a dose of instant gratification.

Tonga Gemstone BOM Begins in October
Tonga Gemstone Block of the Month by Wing and a Prayer--Sign up now so we know how many to plan for. This is a queen-size quilt and goes together beautifully. We will be making kits for the queen size but will have the extra yardage requirement should you choose to make a king. Click here to see this beautiful quilt. This group will meet for 12 months at a cost of $26 per month with the first and last month paid up front.

Stitcher's Garden--4th Section Added!
We've added a 3 pm session due to the overwhelming requests for Stitcher's Garden. Only $60 plus tax includes 12 months of patterns, demos and work days. Class times are 10 am, 1:30 pm, 3 pm or 6 pm. Reserve your space soon as there is a class-size limit and some are already filling up. Class alumni say they have learned so much about their machine as well as giving them lots of ideas for future use.

Row by Row Experience Update
Row by Row Experience continues until September 8th. We still have plenty of kits and license plates. Remember, we cannot sell or mail any patterns or kits between September 9 and October 31. We will, however, be glad to take your orders during that time. License plates can be purchased and/or mailed to you any time. Thank you to everyone who participated. It was great to meet so many wonderful people from all over the country. We feel it was a huge success!

Hill City Quilt Show--September 12-13
The Hill City Quilt Show is an indoor two-day event running from 9 am to 4 pm daily. Plan to attend the Dinner and Trunk Show at 5 p.m. Saturday, September 12, (Hill City Senior Center) and stay for the Open Mic Show & Tell at 7 pm (both for $20). Reservations are required. N.E.W. Quilt Show--October 3-4
The 33rd annual N.E.W. Quilt Show will be held in Gillette, Wyoming, on October 3-4. The show is at CAM-PLEX Multi-Event Facilities, 1635 Reata Drive. For more information see NEW Quilt Show.
