The Tucker Trimmer Wing Clipper I class focuses on teaching quilters how to use the Wing Clipper I tool to create Flying Geese units. This tool, along with the Fast Flying Geese construction technique, allows participants to make four finished units from five squares. The unique feature of this method is that each unit is constructed slightly oversized, enabling precise trimming to achieve perfect seam placement after sewing and pressing. This ensures that every unit is exactly right, which is particularly beneficial for projects involving Flying Geese units.
