Return Policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases.  If for some reason you are not satisfied  we have a 30-day return policy.  If you are local please stop in with your return and receipt and we will gladly help you.  If it is an item that was shipped please call us before sending the item back so we can provide additional instructions.  

If your item is damaged or you are missing an item please contact us within 30-days of purchasing your in-store order or receiving your mail-order. Returns are processed for store credit on a gift card or in the original form of payment.  Original receipt must be included with the return.  If it is past 30-days we can not replace, refund or reship the items.  Return shipping will be at the buyers expense.

Exceptions to our 30-day policy: Sale items are non-refundable.  Bolted fabric that has been cut can not be returned.  Patterns and books can not be returned due to copy-write laws.  

All returns must be in new condition and be in original packaging.  Returns with noticeable odors such as smoke can not be refunded.  We are unable to accept a return if an item has been used.  

Manufacturer Warranties:  Please follow the instructions that came with your product for repairs or replacement.  We can not accept damaged returns of products that are warrantied.
